:Tourists should present the following
Passport
Passport photo
Parents' Marriage Contract
Proof of Jewish Statue and bachelorhood/singleness certificate (certified by a Rabbi/Rabbinic Court recognized be the Chief Rabbi of Israel.)
.Divorced, in addition, to aforementioned bring: Divorce certified issued by a recognized rabbinic court abroad
.Widower in addition to aforementioned bring: Original Death Certificate issued by an official institution abroad
Additional Certificates
.He whose parents did not marry in Israel, must present a Proof of Jewish Statue Certificate issued by Regional Rabbinical Court
Israeli citizen who lives abroad, or a citizen who immigrated after turning 18, or a tourist must bring a bachelorette certificate issued by a Rabbinate/ Law Court recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel
.Convert should bring a Conversion Certificate (instead of parents' Marriage Certificate)
.He who wishes to marry a divorcee/convert/daughter of a non-Jewish father must present a letter from a rabbi recognized by the Rabbinate stating he is not a Cohen
.The above mentioned is subject to the discretion of the registering Rabbi, the Chief Rabbi (of Israel) regulations and the Ministry of Religious Services
